You asked me a while back how my son is progressing. He is still fasting two days a week. His weight is bouncing between -110 and -120 pounds. He has joined a group which runs alternating 10K and 5 mile races each weekend, and runs on his treadmill five days a week. I got a real chuckle when I saw a picture of his "DIY studded running shoes" for running on icy trails (he lives in Omaha.) He put hex-head screws all around the heels and soles...whatever works!
