Today is my weigh in day and I weigh 203..I am up a pound and a few ounces from yesterday but all and all I am satisfied that is a 9 pound weight loss in a week..Today was my twins birthday they turned 11 yaaay so this week has been alittle hectic..I missed my workout which was wk4d4 total body..I celebrated it with my kids and had an awesome day emoticon So tomorrow is double Friday I think I am going to make up my workout from today,tomorrow and then workout Saturday..Its not about how many times you fall its about getting back up..Normally that is what I would do..Miss my scheduled workout, feel guilty, then quit, butttt it ain't happening...not this year..I fast on superbowl sundy and boy am I glad its gonna save me a lot of unnecessary calories..Back to it tomorrow emoticon
