Library time

I'm using spark savings to track my spending. I allotted to spend $50 per week on food. This week, I spent $44.30. So the extra money goes into savings. I want to try and be "debt free" as well be physically, emotionally and mentally healthy. I think I'm getting all bases covered.

I know I won't ever be rid of my phobias but hopefully be able to function better.

This morning I went grocery shopping. Nice and quiet. Like John Tesh says, go shopping when your tummy is full, you aren't tired or exhausted, or in a hurry, and when the store is quiet. He says you don't buy irrationally and you'll actually save money. Well it proved right for me.

Since it was so cold outside, I left my groceries in my van and decided to warm up in the library after I filled up for fuel at $1.219 per litre. Saved six cents by buying it in Kingsville instead of Essex.

I printed off some coupons that I can use next week. Played a few games online and did some research.

I came home and heated some of my soup up. No real exercise. Tomorrow is another day. But I did drink all of my water!
