I can't believe I only have one day left in cycle one. I am excited to move to cycle 2 and incorporate some new options. I also want to really work on getting in my workouts in cycle two. The morning thing hasn't fallen into place yet. I have faith that it will. It's that time of the month for me. Once I get past that and get more calories in with cycle 2, I hope I will have it in me to really give morning workouts a fair shot. So long as the kids sleep decent. I'm not asking for perfect...just decent!
The last two days I have felt really weak and tired in the evenings. A very odd unsteady feeling. I think it is a combination of not eating as much and hormonal monthly changes. I really think next week I will feel better. Thank goodness that tomorrow is Friday! I LOVE the weekends!
