ONE MORE WEEK!

Hi everybody!
The week is almost over! Hallelujah! It seemed like this week has dragged on with school! I'm ready for the weekend! I did great on my eating this week! Haven't slipped up once! Hopefully ill do just as good over the weekend! I did go to the gym today! I was only there for about an hour, I wanted to stay longer but for some reason my knees were killing me! I didn't want to over due it and then actually hurt myself! But hey at least I'm actually going to the gym! I've gone the past 4 days in a row! I don't know when my 'rest' days should be or how many I should take? I plan on going to the gym a week straight before I take a rest day or hit my mini goal(almost there)!!

Heres what I ate today!
BREAKFAST:
-Oatmeal square bar from nature valley
-Fresh strawberries

LUNCH:
-Apple with peanut butter
-String cheese

DINNER:
-Shake n' bake chicken
-rice with broccoli
-Cauliflower

SNACK:
-Nutri-grain bar
-100 calorie snack

DRINKS:
-Only water

This past week ive been drinking two bottles of water before I eat dinner so I will get full faster! & it has helped tremendously! Tonight for dinner I wanted mac and cheese SOOOOOOOOOOO bad! But I told myself no, instead I made cauliflower with a cheese sauce and it was delicious! Whenever I feel like cheating I just keep on reminding myself only ONE MORE WEEK until my cheat day and you best believe I will eat anything that I want or sounds good! My cravings have been crazy lately! Last week I was craving donuts from a place called royal donut! And the past couple days I have been craving pizza, mac and cheese, popcorn, nachos, soft pretzels, and chocolate(& still donuts)!

Unfortunately, I have a test to study for tonight and of course its the night honey boo boo is on! The struggle! So ill talk to ya all tomorrow!

  Good luck - stay strong...and a little Mac n chs now and then doesn't hurt...lifestyle change v. Diet!
