Did It!

I have been easing into the entire workout thing due to the fact that I had some set backs last year, as a few may know. I have been using Slim in 6 and a few workouts from the Slim Series, with a stretch on Saturdays. 3 days a week is my main focus, but if I feel like I have energy or want to do another workout I will. I also incorporated Walk Away the Pounds as another easier exercise to ease into it.

Today I was feeling rather energized and feeling like I wanted to dance a little. I was going to do Turbo Jam 20 minutes, to start simple. I love doing TJ because it makes me feel strong, it's fun, has great music and the instructor is motivating. I came home all pumped and got ready. Then....couldn't find it. I was so bummed! I forgot I had loaned it to a friend of mine. So I looked through my workouts and decided I would do one of the 30 min ones. If I felt I should stop, I would. But wouldn't you know it? I got through it, I didn't feel at all winded or terrible and now I feel fantastic! WOO!

    That is terrific! Sounds like you are building your endurance back up!
