Argh. So many things going on lately that I completely got off my routine schedule! SO, starting NOW I am going to get back on track. Bedtime, Waketime, Exercise time etc. And I really need to start TRACKING MY NUTRITION again! It's no wonder the scale doesn't seem to be moving the way I'd like it to!
I'm going to hop off of here and do some Yoga. I've been real sore lately. It's a catch-22 really. When I'm sore (fibro & disc probs) then I don't want to exercise because it could actually make it worse! BUT, I need to at least be doing SOMETHING...stretches and stuff I learned in Physical Therapy. Because if I don't do SOMETHING then I will get worse! Yeah, appears to be a damned if I do, damned if I don't situation. But, it's really not....I just have to make myself do WHAT I AM ABLE TO DO.....every. single. day!
So, that's all. I find that tattling on my laziness tends to kick me into gear lol
