I slipped on the ice a little today and again no injury. Apparently I'm actually developing the muscles it takes to hold things in place and hold me up.

I think I'm going to keep doing SPs Pilates video for legs (from January Jumpstart) because I think it's making a huge difference for me. After doing it five times this month I can actually do it without watching it even....

    I am definitely wearing my ice cleats next time I venture out. I forget I have them every year (ice and snow the norm here). I'm quite relieved I wasn't hurt too and I don't want to chance it.
