Hello Sparkfamily! Did I see that you were looking or sweet and spicy almonds? Well, I got those too! Take a look!
3 cups raw almonds
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
¼ cup sugar
1½ tsp cayenne pepper
Place the almonds in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and water together until foamy.
Pour over almonds and stir to coat.
Combine sugar and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Pour over nuts and stir to coat.
Pour nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 15 minutes. Stir and bake 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven, let cool, break apart and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
