I've been working it hard in Zumba all week! Here are some of my easy meals. I love my food! I pack in a lot of protein, fruit and veggies! Drink that water! Keep it up Spark People!
Protein shake: almond milk, protein powder, blueberries, kale
Eggs, spinach, tomato and feta
Lettuce from my mom's garden (!), cranberries, walnuts, feta, olive oil and basalmic vinegar
Grilled chicken with spice rub, sautéed red pepper and onion
Warm steel cut oatmeal and almond milk, almond butter and fresh raspberries
Dark chocolate and almonds
