On a positive note-

Check out my January calendar! It's from my work desk, so it doesn't have all my exercise, but look at my run consistency! I may still be slow, and only able to jog more than 3-4 minutes without a walking interval, but at least I'm keeping at it! Now that it's uploaded, you probably can't read it- I can't, at least. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this month I have put in some kind of running effort.
