I have entered temporary maintenance mode. I do not intend to stay here for long, but with the major transitions, preparing to leave my current job, and move to start my new one, I've had a lot going on. I'm eating well, but not going to the gym as often as I need to, to be in weight loss mode, so I'm just sort of maintaining at my normal 180 mark.
I did go to the gym last night and ran a treadmill mile at 7mph, which shocked me. I'd never run that fast on a treadmill for that distance, so I was impressed. However my calf did cramp up during my walking cool down so I need to focus on making sure to get my water in.
When I get started at my new job, I intend to set up a workout routine as well as pack my lunches so I think I'll be able to jump start my weight loss and maybe hit the 160s by mid-April? That's my goal for right now. My wedding dress is set to come in in April, so I'd love to be closer to goal weight when that happens.
As for right now, I'm working incredibly hard to create a manual to give to the next person in my job, so they are more prepared for the position and able to transition a little easier than I was when I started back in August.
