I am not loosing any weight right now......BUT I am not gaining right now. And I am doing an hour long workout for seniors at the Y three times a week. So I have made some progress. I have also cut back on my evening grazing ....another step in the right direction. I'm doing everything I can to fight off depression and my stress level has been lowered. There I've said good things about my progress. Onward and upward.
