Stalemate time

I am not loosing any weight right now......BUT I am not gaining right now. And I am doing an hour long workout for seniors at the Y three times a week. So I have made some progress. I have also cut back on my evening grazing ....another step in the right direction. I'm doing everything I can to fight off depression and my stress level has been lowered. There I've said good things about my progress. Onward and upward. emoticon

    Those "little" steps reap big rewards! We know those steps take a lot of work, and aren't l.ittle! Do what you can and don't worry about what you can't or is really hard yet.
