Snow in Louisiana is no excuse...
Off of school (3days)again due to weather (ice and snow in Louisiana!) but the sun is shining and ice is melting.
Week 3 of new beginning is feeling bleak.
Snowed in for two days...and busted on day 2 on choc popcorn and just too much food. Managed to control it day one but...angry, disappointed, but moving on.
I must remember if there is a gain then I must subtract from the loss of last two weeks and maybe call it a month of maintenance but remind myself that I cannot LOSE weight with these behaviors.
Week 3 shows a 1.5 gain but that's still a 2.5 loss for January! Of course I don't want to continue with lose/gain game but will not dwell here.
I chose to eat on high end of cals.
I chose to schedule in a few sweet treats.
Then I CHOSE to eat chocolate popcorn, a hamburger, and cookies and milk.
I chose to just sit in front of the TV and iPad for two solid days.
I chose to use the weather as an excuse for bad choices.
So today I feel like crap both physically and mentally. But I will not use it as an excuse to keep making bad choices.
I start a new HIIT class today.
I ate a good breakfast.
Started on my water.
Will stick to the original plan.
I have a weekend out of town planned and I will use it to motivate me to enjoy some socializing and SHOPPING and not eating stupid stuff.
