Hello Sparkfamily! Did you eat your green beans today! (I'm sound'in like my Mama now)!!

1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 lb green beans
2 cloves garlic

Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
Toss green beans with olive oil on large rimmed baking sheet.
Roast until browned and almost tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle beans with garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
Continue roasting until beans are tender, about 2 minutes longer.
Transfer to bowl. Enjoy!

I love green beans! I prefer mine to be a bit crunchy, so I just saute them for 4-5 min. I'll try garlic adding next time.
