30 Day shred - Day 8 (13 days)

Hey everyone,

I fell asleep last night (passed out) and I am going out tonight so I risked it and did Day 8 in the morning! It was great but I felt soooo sleepy driving to work. I had so much more energy to do the session in the morning instead of in the night. I did not stop at all and I was able to jump with both feet off the ground in the last exercise. I have no idea how I am going out tonight :). I will let you know if I fall asleep during dinner. Someone already commented how great I look today and I know it is the exercise. I am still dreading level 2. Can I stay at level 1 :) I am not bored yet just enjoying it.

    Love reading your updates! Its sooo fun seeing such improvement! You could probably stay on Level 1 for a few extra days if you feel like you need it, but you need to step up to Level 2 to improve even more! And think about how hard Level 1 was at first... Level 2 will be the same but then think about 4 or 5 days into how much improvement you'll see!!!
