I was just sent a link via Spark Mail that I want to share.
I received the link in a Sparkmail from NOSNACKER-57 who is a leader of the “No-S” diet, one of the many teams that I belong to, but don’t necessarily participate much in. (Sometimes I feel guilty about my non participation in so many teams - but that is another blog entirely.) Much thanks and gratitude to her sharing with the team!!
The link is for a little 23 page e-book and I’m am as excited, if not more so, than I was about the Power Posing link.
Dr. Johnson includes these permissions with the book:
My intention for this work is that it is widely shared with as many people as possible. Please feel free to reprint, publish, and share any part of this e-book with anyone who you think might benefit from it.
So, drum roll please - here is the link:
I'm not going to say anything more about it. You come to your own conclusions. Hope it helps you reframe some of the issues in YOUR life and put some vocabulary to what goes on in your head the way it has for me.

This is it folks. Between power posing (increasing my testosterone, decreasing my cortisol), my Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts (which mirror many of the precepts in the e-book) and this e-book, I am DONE. (Big Shout out to the DONE Girls Team! for that great phrase!)
I'm NOT done with Sparking, but I'm DONE with the whole "wondering what I need to do to get to where I want" thing.
I am 100% already at my naturally slender goal weight in my head because my behaviors are now mirroring what I will need to do for the rest of my life to maintain that lower weight. And those behaviors are easy and becoming easier everyday. I’m comfortable and happy with those behaviors. I have no niggling worries that something is going to jump out from behind the bushes of my life and waylay me.
I’ll need to tweak things here and there a bit, but all I really need is time to get there. And where is there?
I have a feeling that the weight I can easily maintain will be about 165 lbs, the weight I was when I got married nearly 25 years ago. But time will tell….
