With getting over my spinal tap, my bad hip, bad back, and my migraines, there have just been too many obstacles for me to handle by myself (or with my current list of specialists).
So I've added physio to the mix. Turns out my right leg is much longer than my left resulting in the muscles along my right side shortening and becoming solid (not with toned muscle). So, I am not allowed to exercise, only stretch my right side only, until told otherwise.
I'm hoping that this will allow me to be able to exercise standing up again. I really miss my yoga!
