I'm with you on the tomatoes! Food of the Devil. Why do people have to put them in every wretched salad or sandwich known to man and then think that, when you remind them 'No tomatoes' they take the sandwich round the back, remove the tomatoes and then come and hand it back to you, thinking you can't see the odd few seeds or taste the nasty slimy juice? For donkey's years now I've been telling people I'm allergic to tomatoes, as it's the only way to get them to take me seriously! But, weirdly, I am fine with store bought ketchup and baked bean, even Heinz Cream of Tomato soup! Hey ho... !

I was shocked at some of the quirky things we have in common.

i love arched doorways - always have. I have dreams about them. Seriously.

Hate snakes and flying and wild rats, except pet ones.

I'm a cook too, not a crafter. My husband is very artistic and talented. When I try I end up gluing my fingers together. I bought myself a clarinet at a rummage sale and tried to learn to play it. After days of my snorting and squawking with it my hubby picked it up and was playing music with it in 15 minutes. I was seething. Haven't touched it since.

I'm also psychic and intuitive. My friends could tell you some stories.

I hate tomatoes.

So nice to know you better!

I love your quote, too. I also get what you mean about friends (my Mr. is my best friend, bar none)... I think it comes from being happy in your own company... at least for me... but I think we could be friends!

I did my 'all about me' here:
