Melissa West beginner yoga 101- she has a ton of other free videos on YouTube as well! I am going to start with hers next week 2 times a week. I also noticed they have some videos I want to try on spark as well! My workout schedule will change to this instead of my original February goals plan:

Sunday- 45 min cardio at gym
Monday- 45 min legs and arms with weights at gym
Tuesday-45 minutes Yoga at home
Wednesday-45 minute cardio at gym
Thursday-45 min Yoga at home
Friday- 45 min abs with trainer then back with weights at gym
At least gonna give this a try. Needed to add a stretching exercise so this is what I have come up with :)
