I still, over 4 years into this journey, am amazed by how quickly you get stronger than you ever thought you could be. How things that seemed impossible become easier with a little work. When I started running, even one mile sounded crazy, now I run 10+ for fun with friends. One month ago, I struggled to hold a plank for 1 minute, last night I did 4! 4 minutes! Crazy!
I'm one mile away from hitting 100 for this month. One stinking mile! Wish I had checked my sheet before I left, other than being over dressed, I actually felt pretty good today and I had the time. I'll finish it off on Friday though. Should be a bit warmer then.
Goals for tomorrow:
~64+ oz water
~eat well and mindfully
~30 min kickboxing and plank challenge
~set daily goals and Spark
~in bed by 10
