Weigh in

Hello everyone!
So on Monday I weighed in at 184.8 and today I weighed in at 182.4! So that means I am only 7 pounds away from my goal weight of 175 that I want to achieve by next Thursday! My eating this week has been excellent! Haven't slipped up or cheated at all! So far I have gone to the gym everyday this week and plan to until I meet my goal weight! Yesterday I did the treadmill for 30 minutes and did the bike for 30 minutes! Then I messed around with some of the weight machines just to start getting comfortable with them! Today I was kind of in a hurry so I did 15 minutes on both the bike and treadmill then did some stuff on the weight machines! Tomorrow I plan on hitting the gym hard! I am determined to lose these last 7 pounds in a week!
Heres what I ate today:
BREAKFAST:
-Breakfast essential drink

LUNCH:
-Apple with peanut butter

DINNER:
-Tuna salad with a couple crackers
*I plan on throwing in a side but I don't know what yet? lol

SNACK:
-Nutri-grain bar

DRINKS:
-Only water! Ive been drinking water like its going out of style lol it seems like a pee every five minutes LOL

Well im going to eat dinner then off to work! Ill be sure to blog tomorrow to let you guys know how my work out goes!
