Day 17 - Steps to a better derriere ( I HATE that other word)
Did three of the exercises, and "starred" the article. These are good exercises. I especially liked the kick boxing one, and was amazed how much easier my right kick was than my left kick - very awkward. I'm sure my form was not nearly as good as my grandkids' kicks, all of whom take Tae Kwan Do, but I didn't do bad for an old broad.
Day 18 - build a better lunch. This one is not too relevant, as I never pack a lunch. When we are working, we're home. Our lunches are always good ones; it's dinner where I have a problem with eating well.
