Today is wed which is my sunday . I typed out my meal plan for feb and sat-sun for dinner I wrote down Slow Cooked Pepper Steak . This is a recipe that I have been eyeing out for a while. I just never got around to cooking it .
One thing about me is that I have a few slow cookers and I believe the count is up to 6 slow cookers and 1 triple slow cooker.
I know weird.. i get sucked in by the cuteness and prints .
I'll also be making breakfast bentos and overnight oats. Slowly becoming addicted to oatmeal . Learning new ways to make it boring .
Then my final meal prep will be a stir fried rice with aspargus and red peppers with brown sauce that i got from my new cook book .
Super excited to get back into cooking and meal prepping .
This year I have been focused on my over all health and that includes my happiness. I wanted to find something that was just peaceful for me to do and i am getting back into sewing and knitting - knitting is something that is self taught - took a while to learn the basics but i was able to teach my self from a book . Which was a proud moment .
Todays workout is biggest loser bootcamp dvd. This is one of my favorites. Also i found a few workout dvd's on amazon prime. So if you have Amazon Prime check it out . I would say that I totally got more out of my amazon prime than i thought i would have, Seriously worth $79.
Then today i was going to the movies with my friend and her kid but its expensive . I cant believe how expensive it is to see a movie in theater . Lets not even think of the food prices
Since she and I are trying to save money . I rented 3 movies from redbox - The Croods , Monsters University , Long Ranger for $ 3. 24 .
Which I think is a great deal because we have popcorn snacks at home and the kid can run around be loud and we can hit pause for bathroom breaks.
anyways off i go to start my day ,
