Woke up to 6+ inches of snow:) NO SCHOOL!!
All am classes at the gym were cancelled so I had the morning to call appointments and get some plans ready for members later this week. Have I mentioned how much I love my part time job:) I mean really LOVE it:)
For breakfast I wanted something a little different than I usually eat and was craving cranberries and oranges. So I whipped up:
Paleo Protein Clementine and Cranberry Breakfast Squares
1.5 cups almond flour
2 scoops Plant Fusion protein powder (unflavored)
.5 tsp baking soda
1 cup frozen cranberries
Juice of 4 clementines
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Off to the gym in a bit. I actually feel like running:) and then of course I registered for the night SWEAT class.
