Loving My New Gym!

I've been there every day it's been open. Today was day SIX! The owner knows me now and takes the time to say hi when he spots me working out.

Loving the media room. Today the played Wolverine. I was able to walk the treadmill for 45min. Would have stayed longer, the movie was that great, if my schedule had allowed.

The thing I'm loving is that in only six days I've seen such a huge improvement. I'm definitely not where I was last year when I was working out but I've had changes in just six days.

Day one I had to walk the treadmill at 2.8 and my HR was going a little too high. I only did that for 30 min. Today I walked it at 3.1, was able to maintain my HR right where it needed to be and worked out for 45 min. Feels good to get stronger again.

At first I'm trying to make up for the damage my unhealthy lifestyle brought on. But eventually I'll be heading down new territory, accomplishing things I've never done.

My schedule has been crazy but each night at look at the next day and figure out the best time for me to go. That might be 5:30 a.m., 5:45 p.m., later and in between. The point is I'm doing it! Putting my health first. Keeping Communication open with my family and receiving Tremendous Support in return.
