It's flying by!!!

Yesterday I logged my food for the first complete day since the holidays and I'm so proud that I stayed under 2000 calories! The winter blues have set in and it's been so hard to stay motivated. This morning I made the gym for the first time in almost 2 weeks. We just had 2 snow days and it was so hard to get back in a groove after a 4-day weekend!!! But I lifted weights and kept the same amount of weight for all my exercises, and then got on a stationary bike before I had to leave for school. One of my biking friends and I were talking the other day and she told me about a trainer ride that happens every other weekend, so I'm gonna check that out this weekend. She also said she is already un-conditioned for rides from being off the bike, and she hasn't ridden since October, like me. it's gonna be a painful trainer ride this weekend! I think next winter I'm going to invest in my own trainer so I can ride all winter. It's not ideal, but at least it'll keep me on a bike all winter. There is a teacher down the hall from my room who rode his bike this morning; he is hardcore.

Well that's about all for now. Today is my 2nd day of eating clean and it's hard to get back in the swing, but I'm working really hard and doing it. I don't want to throw away any more of my hard work.

It will be nice to get back on your bike at least! That's great you got back to the gym and kept the same weight on the machines. We will get through this winter!
