An exciting end to January and some Febraury goals.

Wednesday, January 29, 2014

I finally did it! I got in over 1000 fitness minutes this month and got the trophy! Hopefully my first of many!

I'd like to keep up this trend (or something close to it) next month. I'm also wanting to track my water and get enough for every day in February (I forget to drink when it's not hot outside....)

The other good news is that I'm down to 163.6. I'm hoping to hit that 160 line in March.

I should have said it was my first 1000 minute trophy! I've gotten the 250 and 500 ones before. This one was somehow more exciting though :D

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Look at you go, GIRL!!! Yea! Once you get your first trophy, there's an addiction process that starts, at least with me it did, and I just wanted to do whatever I could to get more trophies. Of course, with more trophies comes, a tighter firmer body, more lost inches, and more weight loss! emoticon on that weight loss!!! Yes, it is hard to get the water in, when it's cold outside, but I find out, that the harder I workout, the more water my body craves, so I usually get an average of 12 glasses a day, by the time the whole month is averaged out.

Keep up the good work, young lady!!!

Be blessed,

I'm looking at wanting to hit the 150s by June then hopefully 140 by my anniversary in October (this may be shallow but I want less embarrassing vacation photos from now on).

I am mostly at home so it's just making a point to have a glass or bottle of water with me (using a bottle might be nice, then I'm less afraid of breaking it dragging it around with me). I really do want to work on this because I tend to drink tea or coffee in the winter and not water (which dehydrates me further).

You're welcome! I find it really helps me to track because I like the trophies (however virtual, I like to see rewards!) I'm also working on my fourth consecutive week of 150 or more minutes. That one I figure I'll be able to keep up with whatever life throws at me. 30 minutes a day five days a week just isn't that much to me anymore (I do it in two fifteen minute chunks most days).

Great news. I want to remember to record my fitness so maybe that I have gotten back to going to fitness center which has already started to help me, I will do better on my days not there and will record it all. I would like to get 1000 minute trophy also. Thing for inspiring me.

I also need to track my water as I must drink a minimum of 5-6 glasses of water a day to keep my kidneys functioning correctly and if I exercise more than that. I do best when I fill u 24 oz. bottle with water and drink that during the hour I exercise at the fitness center or do other exercise.

My next goal right now is to get back down to 160. This morning I was down to 161.8 but I won't count that as my weight until I have been there a few days or a week.. My next goal is 155 that I was almost down to in November.
