I know, I know...my weigh-in day is supposed to be Thursday, so I am a day early.
But after the big lunch my brother's wife cooked on Sunday & the few frozen meal stuff I have had, & all the cashews I have been snacking on, I was just curious on what the number would be and couldn't wait another day.
Last week it was 187, so that means I am down almost 2 pounds
Oh heck it's almost 6 pounds since I got back to my brother's place on the 8th :)
Well I'm having eggs & coffee now for breakfast ( might still grab a yogurt). Later I will see if I can get my pedometer to work correctly. I always have trouble getting them to work right. I've had others try to set them for me in the past but they never seem to count my steps correctly.
