Cool nice one today! 5 lb weights were fine. Maybe I will try the ten for some exercises tomorrow. I still have not got hubby to do it with me but he is thinking about it. No stopping today! whoo hoo. Still cannot jump up and down I jump one foot then the other but all the others going good. Also did a 30 sec plank after everything. Looked at level 2 a couple of days ago, I know I am supposed to switch in three days but I have gotten so used to level 1. Anyway it feels great!
