30 Day shred - Day 7 (11 days)

Cool nice one today! 5 lb weights were fine. Maybe I will try the ten for some exercises tomorrow. I still have not got hubby to do it with me but he is thinking about it. No stopping today! whoo hoo. Still cannot jump up and down I jump one foot then the other but all the others going good. Also did a 30 sec plank after everything. Looked at level 2 a couple of days ago, I know I am supposed to switch in three days but I have gotten so used to level 1. Anyway it feels great!

    you go girl! keep up the good work. I bought 30 day extreme shed and shred workout and laughed just looking at the first few minutes...my goal is to be able to just do the exercises in the first few minutes...it will probably take me a year to get through the DVD without stopping and able to just do the exercises correctly!!!
