Have decided to focus on one - just one - goal for each month during this year. Was going to last year and then life just got in the way. But this is my year!!

I know January is almost over, but for the rest of this month - and into the next - am going to get to the club at least 5 days a week. Today, i had the account at the club transferred from my daughter to me. Because of her working hours she just is not able to get there often enough to make it pay for her.
Went yesterday, Monday, and this afternoon - and only 3 more days this month. Should be able to do that - unless we get snowed in.

For February my goal will be to drink at least 4 glasses of water each day. i just do not drink enough water - so this will be hard for me. Did it once for 8 days straight - and I felt like i was going to drown. But, if i post it every day here on SparkPeople that will help keep me motivated.

And for the year i want to lose 25 pounds. That is only a couple of pounds a month. Should be able to do - especially if i focus on just one main goal each month - ones that will help me with my year's goal.
