Today I worked out my arms with a personal trainer for 45 minutes…then Tredmilled for 15.
Last night I Zumbaed for 45 minutes and tmed for 15.
Sunday I did the elliptical for 40 minutes.
Saturday I know I did something but wasn't sure what. maybe tread milled for 30 min and worked out on floor exercises for 20?
Friday was that awful day when I tried to do yoga but my pants were too tight and I couldn't do it because it was making me sick. I think I did like 30 minutes, then changed and went in the sauna.
