3rd weigh in

This weeks weigh in was a little disappointing but still ok. I gained about 2oz lol... started my period and had birthday party full of cake and icecream the night before weigh in.

Just have to go harder this week. :)

vitamins.... never been one to take vitamins but would love to hear peoples experience on them...if they really improve what they are said to do etc....

    I took a multivitamin, faithfully, for over a month and didnt feel any different. I stopped and just started eating better.

    I gain lots of weight during my monthly cycle, I wouldn't stress too much. :)

    I take a multivitamin because my doc recommended it, but honestly I don't really feel different for taking it. Your milage may vary.

    Not too shabby for eating cake and ice cream the night before! I would've probably gained 2 pounds not oz. You'll do great next week I know it!!!
