Calm before the Next Storm...15 cm tomorrow.

Tuesday, January 28, 2014

Another great class today. Had a little chat with prof too re"research paper", and found out I can make a trip the 2nd week of FEb, cuz we won't have classes that week due to interviews with prof re"paper... Since my friend wants to leave on Frid and come back on Tuesday, I made my appt for Thurs, so barring "yet another snowstorm", I should go visit my sis in Hfx. Maybe even get for a swim....that would feel some good!!

WEnt to 2 libraries today and got some more research stuff... chomping at the bit to get seriously into this, but better do my Book Review, which means I need to finish the book first, another 150 pgs, due by next Thurs.

WEnt shopping and got some unfortunate goodies... that tasted very delicious...

I believe part of my problem lately is that I haven't had something that's got me excited and looking forward to doing it. I'm glad you have something. This winter has been brutal. We haven't gotten the snow that you've gotten, but the temperatures and wind chills have been horrendous! I woke up this morning to hear that Birmingham, AL got 3 inches of snow, had a big pile up on the expressway, and someone died. It's about an hour and a half south of Sarah. I did text her. She didn't get the snow, but has the bitter temperatures.
