Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies...Say what?! Yummers.

Tuesday, January 28, 2014

This recipe sounded a little strange so of course I had to try it. By my calculations each cookie is around 100 cals. The recipe makes 20 cookies.
You'll need 1 C creamy peanut butter, 2 large eggs, 2/3 C quick cooking oats,1/2 C chocolate chips, 1 tsp baking soda.

Mix together ingredients then use a melon baller to scoop out batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet. You will bake them for 9-11 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
They will look underdone when you take them out but that's ok they continue to cook as they cool. Store in an airtight container.

They may not be the same as the "real" thing but I have to say they are good. Totally squashed my craving. That's success if you ask me.
ENJOY!
