Man does life seem busy right now. I've still be sparking though. Working on eating better, running 3-5 days/week, finishing up my 30 day plank challenge, getting back into cross training and strength training. It's been a pretty good month so far. With one week left I can definitely see some changes in my body, if not in the scale. I'm on pace to run 100 miles this month, my highest milage Jan ever. Only about 8 more to go this week.
One of my goals for this year is to set a personal record for every distance that I have raced (5K, 10K, 15K, HM, Marathon). As of 2 Saturdays ago, I broke my old 10K record (set 3 years ago) by 12 seconds (came in at 52:45)! Yay! I'm back on track and I feel like this year is going to be one of my best yet! I'm currently kind of training for the possibility of a spring marathon. I ran 14 miles with a friend the day after my 10K race and we are planning to run 16 this weekend. Because, why not? Just hoping it's a bit warmer.
Goals for tomorrow:
~64+ oz water
~eat well and track
~5 mile run and plank challenge
~set daily goals and Spark
~in bed by 10
