Hi at my spark coach I was ask to do a list of quick menus..
Well at home I alway have plenty of greens and fruits.. on the weekends I cook double for my weekdays to come.. being that I am a food service manager I wake at 4am and finish at 3pm.. on the go all the time its not easy living with all temptations... so at home I prepare my breakfast lunch and snacks... so here goes my list:
For Breakfast; oatmeal done at home make them into parfait cups with loaded fruits and nuts. Boiled eggs .. go good with toast and for snacks..greek yogurt with fruits a nuts... make scramble eggs with veggies and cheese in muffin cups.. do a variety of this..then my last resource smoothie fruits and veggies..
For Lunch and Dinner; I make a Variety of salad greens top it with protein and a fruits..
green smoothie I do at work stick in any veggies and fruits..brown rice and veggie cold and warm... pbj sandwich.. veggie pita sandwich.. soup done at home.. any left over from the night before... tomato stuffed with tuna ...baked potato when its on the menu at work..whole wheat pasta with veggies and fresh tomato sauce..
That is my list for now .. I am constantly looking into new and quick recipes as well as good recipes to do on the weekends..I am also reading up what benfits does each veggies and fruit so that when I juice make cominations... I am learning alot I look like a child in a new adventure.. well you could say I am on a new adventure to a healthy life...
