I like to keep veggies, reduced fat string cheese, and low sodium turkey in my fridge. When I want a quick snack I pull out a piece of lettuce, throw some diced tomato on it, put a couple of slices of turkey down, and then add my string cheese to it, and roll it up. Makes a quick, filling snack. I sometimes will add an apple along side of it.

Good luck with your weight loss journey. :)
