Bodybuilding Week 2

Yes, I am still working on learning how to do this new obsession. Last week wasn't really about the lifting. It was about establishing a routine, getting to know the machines and dumbbells, familiarizing with the muscle movements and keeping form. I ditched the program I was on and started a new one this week.
I feel the same when I started running, inpatient. The minute I feel it again, I imagine working for 3 months with this intensity. On the message boards I found, there are lots of inspiring photos to help paint the picture. They make me want to get back in the gym no matter how sore my muscles feel. I am so happy to have a new project!
