This week I'm not on an all-out push, but I'm exercising consistently every other day and I'm working in some fun foods while staying within my range. I think this is where I need to be, in a moderate and balanced place. If I go back to the doc and my blood sugar is still high, it's not the end of the world. I'll just keep working on it and go back again. Trying to get everything perfect by a certain date just doesn't seem to be working for me right now. It's worked sometimes in the past, but maybe I'm getting too old for that kind of hyper-adrenaline push.
