Week Five: Exercising but still a little limited

Today I had a long day mainly because I didn’t sleep well last night. I tried to sleep well but for some reason my body refused to. Waking up was hard and 6am came way too quickly. The good thing is I’ll sleep well tonight.

I had a great workout today. I was able to feel almost normal in my workout but there were two songs I couldn’t do things. The first was hip movements were hurting my back so I had to stop. The second was crunches in the water. I instead did bicycle in the water and small jumping jacks in the water (with no impact). It was good to feel almost normal in my exercise.

I started a new thing too, Daily Burn. I saw it advertised on hulu for a while but decided to look into it. They have a free 30 day trial so I’m doing to do the trial and might drop it but thought it would be a nice change.


Plans for tomorrow:
Deep Water Aerobics.
