Exercise, new experience, and girl time

A friend of mine is a professional belly dancer. She is giving me lessons. Today was our first. I got in a good workout, we had fun catching up, and my kids even joined in.
This is the key to lifelong fitness: enjoying exercise. You have to treat it like any other part of your life, not a chore or temporary condition.
I'm grateful for my friend and the opportunity.
