But, I'm afraid I will not be able to move tomorrow! I missed Curves because my blood sugar was way up this AM. It is not good to exercise when your blood sugar is above 250. So, I took some insulin and layed back down for awhile. When I got up again my sugar was down to 119. I then did my indoor mile. After doing some work and Sparking I did my Jessica Smith workout of the day! Whew! It was a cardio sculpt video and lasted 33 minutes! I then went to belly dance class and danced for about 90 minutes total. I am feelign it all in my legs tonight! Oh, my arms too! I can feel my triceps and my biceps and my shoulders! Tomorrow may find me moving very slowly. But, I do plan to hit Curves after my classes so I can get my 12 in for the month! I'm really tired right now, but wanted to check in and post! So, goodnight my Spark friends! Fitness is good! Try it, you will like it!
