500 fitness minutes! Yay, me!

Yay! I hit 500 fitness minutes tonight! My original goal for the month was 300, but when I passed that, I decided to go for 500. I'm proud of myself. I haven't done 500 minutes in a looooooong time, so it feels really good to have met my goal. I also like how my legs are feeling these days; they feel stronger and lighter. I am also amazed that I am having no issues with the ball of my foot and my plantar fasciitis seems to be getting better on my other foot. I think that the trampoline jumping is strengthening my feet. Tonight I did some walking on the tramp, then some bouncing and jogging, then did some ST for arms while balancing. It's fun.
I'm also proud of myself for making a good snacking choice today. I had a knitting group after work and I was hungry, so I stopped at a convenience store on the way. I went in with the intention of making a healthy choice. I skipped over the sandwiches that I used to eat way too frequently (lots of salt and crappy bread) and chose a hard boiled egg and a small bag of nuts instead. I read the nutritional info on all the bags of nuts before I picked one, because I knew I would eat the whole bag, regardless of how many servings it contained. Some bags had more than 3 servings! So my snack was yummy and it filled me up and I felt much better than I would have if I had eaten the low-quality sandwich.
