Here's what I ate today:
-Oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda brown sugar
-Apple with peanut butter
-1 can of tuna
-I did have a graham cracker snack that I made the other day! I was starving before dinner!
I already went the gym once today right after class I was on the treadmill for 45 minutes! & im going back tonight to get another workout in!
My mom got delicious looking cinnamon rolls on Friday night and they've been taunting me ever since she bought them! I am proud of myself cause I haven't ate one! Maybe on my cheat day ill have one! Only 9 more days until my cheat day and Luke Bryan concert! I CANT WAIT!
