Monsanto shareholder meeting public

Monday, January 27, 2014

This is a short excerpt of what "Food Democracy Now" just published:

"For the first time, Monsanto is allowing the public to hear what’s going on in their shareholder meetings. Following pressure by activists, Monsanto has agreed to provide a live audio feed of the meeting. (They have said that this feed will be available on their Investors page on their website.) In previous years, this annual shareholder meeting was conducted completely behind closed doors. Instead members of the media and public will be able to listen online. Activists have repeatedly asked for the meeting to be broadcast via video, but Monsanto has only met activists halfway and will stream only the audio of the meeting."
Please tune in a see what they are talking about by looking for the audio of this meeting on the above-mentioned website.

The meeting they publicize is probably NOT the meeting and ideas that they really go by anyway. Just an appeasement and they will still continue to do business as usual.

Companies like Monsanto will never be truthful as long as they are greedy for money.

They need to be truthful about what they do to the plants and let people decide if they want to eat their poison food products.
