No more bootcamp videos for me (unless I randomly want to do one). My obsessive personality clashes with that way of thinking. (And yeah, I already knew that... I'm not sure why I went back to it).

Instead, I want to:

emoticon Cook more healthy recipes.

emoticon Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

emoticon Exercise for fun!

emoticon Practice yoga.

emoticon Incorporate strength training.

emoticon Work on creative projects.

emoticon Take time for me!

I want to keep busy, but not too busy. I'm still struggling with my schedule and daily routine. Too many outside forces messing with my zen! Ha!

Okay. Here I go again...

    Love your openness and ability to revise. I am totally with you about fun exercise. Do you have a pedometer? I really like having a step goal because it is broad so it does not matter how I move, just that I move. You can do it!!!

    I like the way you think ! I'm not someone who goes crazy over video workouts but when you think about "this is my life" it makes sense to focus on fun physical activity and eating healthier. You're in a good space, I think.
