To live a healthier more active life with my beloved husband, kids, and friends.

* Go to gym during lunch at least 4 days a week and workout at home 2 days a week - out of my planned 24 days to workout during the last 4 weeks...I worked out 18 days = 75%.....I will increase this the next 4 weeks.

I am taking control of my life this year. I will not keep yo-yoing through my health. It is time to make things happen.
