so i started today at the gym :) Way to begin my Monday morning..
did 35 on elliptical burned almost 400 calories before 8 am
1 whole grain piece of toast
2 slices pre cooked bacon (60 calories)
honey dew melon strawberry and blueberry bowl
1/2 cucumber peeled cut in half cored our seeds
2 teaspoons of chive whipped cream cheese
sliced turkey lunch meat
pear Gorgonzola dressing
more fruit from earlier same stuff
organic veggie burger on whole grain bun
w organic tomato and spinach on top
and lots and lots of water :) feels so good to eat good and and nourish my body and fill my daughter with health!
