Ditching the scale

I know that i am doing better then ever. Ok, so it's only been 12 days. 12 great days of exercising and healthier eating. My scale on the other hand can't seem to make up it's mind whether I'm loosing or gaining. In an effort to not let this get me down I am putting the scale up. Grounding it for a month. If I can tell myself that I AM going to be successful, I WILL be successful. I don't need a scale to decide that for me.

  So true. I go by my clothes and how I feel. I weigh in at Weight Watchers once a week. This is the scale that counts. If I weigh more often I end up eating more because I feel I have a cushion if I lost and I overeat if I gained because "What does it matter". The scale is so psychological for me.
