Saturday was the start of week two of the 5% Winter Challenge. I hit my goal of a two pound weight loss for the week:
Starting Weight: 191.8 lbs.
Current Weight: 189.4 lbs.
Goal for Challenge: 182.2 lbs.
Personal Goal for the Challenge: 176.8 lbs.
In addition, my goals were to increase my water intake to 10 glasses per day - which I did accomplish!!
This week, our challenge is to track everything we eat and to of course continue our water intake. This task has always been challenging for me especially at night. I seem to track my breakfasts, lunches and snacks but completely forget about dinner. This will definitely make me more conscious about what I eat in the evening so I'm excited.
This week I want to accomplish another two pounds. So by Saturday morning, I hope to be down to at least 187.4. I'm sure that I will be able to accomplish this - I'm determined. Last week I only worked out 238 minutes so I want to increase that to at least 300 minutes. I'm doing really well with my eating - I've cooked all of my meals and haven't had fast food so I'll on the right track. This challenge is really helping me focus.
I have about four or five pairs of jeans that I haven't been able to wear - I accidentally bought the size I thought I was…I want to be able to wear them within a few weeks.
